How do I know that the coffee is fresh?
The coffee is not roasted or packaged until the order is made, assuring the freshest coffee beans possible.
How can I be sure that this is authentic Kona coffee?
We make sure all of our harvested coffee is getting inspected and certified by the State of Hawaii. Sadly, this is not the norm for every bag of 100% Kona coffee being sold. Please contact us if you are interested to know which certified lot number of 100% Kona Coffee we are currently selling.
What makes Kona coffee ”the champagne of coffees”?
There are many coffee regions in the world, but only one geographic region which has the most ideal climate and soil conditions for Kona Coffee. The specific micro climate in the 20 mile wide "Kona Coffee Belt", combined with a lot of quality focused hand labor, makes this region unique to our planet. As France can boast of growing the best "bubbling wine" in it's Champagne, every other region can only call it by that name compared to "real" French champagne. Likewise, every other coffee in the world is just simply "coffee" when compared to 100% Kona Coffee.
