Shipping Policies
Your order will be shipped to you within 3 business days of receiving your order. On occasion, additional shipping time may be required such as on large or special orders or during the holiday season.
Shipping and handling on 1 lb. bags is: $5.00.
Shipping and handling on 2-4 lb. bags: $9.00.
Free shipping on orders of 5 lb. or above for medium or dark roast varieties.
Colorado residents will pay an additional 2.9% on all orders.
For orders outside the United States, please contact us directly.
Return Policy
We at Konacoffeehawaiian.com want you to savor your Kona coffee, but if you are not satisfied, please return your order in it's original, unopened container within 30 days for either an exchange or refund less shipping costs.
Backorder Policy
As with any agricultural product, we are dependant upon many variables for crop yield. In the years of farming Kona coffee, our supplier has yet to experience difficulty in filling orders. In the event this should happen, your order will be processed as soon as possible or you will be offered a complete refund.
